He’s been with Randstad for four years, and for the six years preceding, he worked in recruitment for Staffordshire University. Since joining Randstad he’s managed both commercial and higher education accounts and regards work in this specialism as “uniquely fulfilling”.

He has, he says, “A real commitment to enabling students to reach their fullest possible potential”.

He then joined Randstad in 2005 and has been instrumental in the growth of Randstad Student Support and Worker Support. He is now responsible for developing the range of services offered by the operation as well as expanding the sectors and organisations within which these services are offered.
Louise Nolan, Senior Account Specialist

Anna Pylypczuk, Account Specialist
Four years in the business with Randstad, but with twelve years previous experience in Business Administration, Anna is very proficient and astute when it comes to matching clients with support workers. She focuses in particular on the education side of Randstad’s work. She says, “This is unlike any other kind of recruitment work I’ve ever done. You need to make very personal judgements when you’re matching clients and candidates. It’s challenging, and it’s fascinating”.
