Master Vendor Benefits
The principle of the Master Vendor Recruitment Supply Model is simple. The customer enters into a contract with 1 recruitment agency, who in turn enter into contracts with a number of supporting agencies. The Master Vendor will manage all communication and the delivery of 100% fulfilment to the customer via this single channel. These supporting agencies are carefully selected to ensure maximum coverage, both geographically and by discipline and specialism. In today's ever cost-conscious marketplace, more and more companies are seeking to streamline their supplier base in order to maximise value for money and increase operational efficiencies within the business.
The Master Vendor model has become more and more popular, with organisations retaining the peace of mind that, whilst it's supplier base remains diverse enough to ensure maximum fulfilment of it's recruitment needs, communication and administration time related to agency management is dramatically reduced. The indirect cost savings from operating this model, in addition to the direct cost savings achieved through economies of scale, can be enormous in many cases.

A new, very competitive, commercial agreement is in place from the 1st June so please ensure you are taking advantage of this by placing all your temporary staffing requirements with Randstad.
