our permanent recruitment we ensure the best fit for the job.
Our trained consultants employ a variety of
questioning techniques and active listening skills to gather a comprehensive
overview of each individual covering:
- Personal details
- Social skills
- Education and qualifications
- Desired work environment

- Work history/experience
- Motivations and priorities
- Personality profile
- Career aspirations

All candidates are interviewed in person, retaining
the human factor, whilst their details are entered onto our computerised
search and selection system.
During the course of the interview, all candidates
complete an Equal Opportunities Questionnaire.
Candidates seeking temporary work are briefed on
Working Time Regulations and complete all the necessary documentation.
At Randstad, when registering candidates
who are seeking temporary employment, we obtain proof of their eligibility
to work in the form of a passport, Birth Certificate or National
Insurance Number.
All candidates are also required to divulge
details of unspent criminal convictions. Prior to sending a candidate
to a temporary booking we will endeavour to obtain a minimum of
one reference.
