Angela Jenkins joined Randstad (formerly Select Appointments) in September 2007. Angela's previous work experience includes human resources, administration and customer service.

Angela's primary responsibilities include candidate attraction, ISO adherence and supporting both Consultants with all aspects of administration.

Jenna joined the company in February 2008 having previously worked in customer service roles.

Jenna is responsible for all aspects of the weekly payroll including holiday pay. In addition, Jenna is the first port of call if our candidates or clients have any questions relating to BP’s “Purchase to Pay” system known as Click.

Kate joined us in September 2007 and brings with her many years of experience within Customer Services. Kate manages the whole process from when a request for a flex worker is made, to ensuring that the ideal candidate is placed.

It is Kate’s responsibility to ensure that both the requirements and expectations of both clients and candidates are met and exceeded.

Phillipa joined us in 1998 and commenced her career with the BP Contract Team in 2001.

In September 2008, Phillipa was promoted to the role of Account Manager. Phillipa’s responsibilities include staff management, training and development, monitoring/creating new working practices, ensuring SLA adherence across all sites, liaising with BP clients to ensure the service offered remains relevant and of the highest standards and dealing with any escalated issues.
