Corrective Action Request
The Corrective Action Form can be utilised by everyone, clients, candidates, working groups etc!
The purpose of the corrective action form is to ensure that the service we provide to our customers is of the highest possible standard.
If you have had dealings with Randstad and were not wholly satisfied, or felt that we could have dealt with requests more efficiently, that's when we ask that you complete this form.
The form will be processed formally and once investigations are completed, you will receive a report detailing our findings and if necessary what corrective action has been put into place, in order to prevent a reoccurrence.
