You agree to use the Website solely for lawful purposes in the United Kingdom of Great Britain ("UK") only. 1.2 The copyrights in the Content are owned by Randstad Holding nv or its content providers, and the organisation and display of the Web Site as a whole is a collective work owned by Randstad Holding nv.

1.3 You agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, frame or create derivative works from the Content or the content of third party advertisements. Notwithstanding the above, You may print or download one copy of the contents or Content on this site on any single computer for Your personal use, provided You keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.

2.1 The Web Site may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment and career information and employers seeking employees. Randstad specifically prohibits any use of the Web Site, and all users agree not to use the Web Site, for any of the following:

1. Posting or submitting any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own accurate resume (living individual seeking employment on a full-time or part-time basis on his or her own behalf).
2. Revising any content posted or submitted by any other person or entity.
3. Using any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this Web Site or any activity being conducted on this site.
4. Taking any action which imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on this Web Site's infrastructure.
5. If you have a password allowing access to a non-public area of this Web Site, disclosing to or sharing your password with any third parties or using your password for any unauthorised purpose.

3. WEBSITE SECURITY RULES

3.1 You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Web Site, including, without limitation;

4. PRIVACY PRINCIPLES

4.1 Randstad has made it a priority to preserve the confidentiality of personal data and especially that of employees, applicants, service providers, customers and contractors. Therefore Randstad holds the observance of legal provisions relating to use of personal data by modern information and communication technologies as paramount.

4.2 When you visit the Web Site no personal data will be recorded. Randstad's server logs collect only the necessary connection information required to manage your request.

4.3 Additional personal data is only collected by Randstad if you provide this information voluntarily, eg during an inquiry, registration, or via an advertisement. Your personal data will be stored on protected computers. Randstad does not sell any information to third parties. The reading and processing of your data is subject to strict internal regulation and will be used solely for the purpose for which you have provided this information.

4.4 Applicant information and CV's submitted to Randstad via this Web Site will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will be used solely for the purpose of providing relevant employment services. 5. USERNAMES & PASSWORDS

5.1 In order to gain access to the protected area of the Randstad Web Site You will be required to submit Your username and password. This data will be personally assigned to You. You may not share it with others. Please keep your password secure or keep it secret. If You have reason to believe that others have Your password, please change it immediately.

6. TERMS OF USE - FREE JOB POSTING

6.1 Posting a Job to be displayed on Randstad's Web Site for 28 days is free of charge.

6.2 The Free Job Posting service is not open to other Recruitment agencies, companies or consultants or those wishing to post a job that is home-based.

6.3 Randstad is not responsible for job advertisements and company presentations that You publish in the context of free ads on the Randstad Web Site. The content of these advertisements, particularly in relation to their accuracy and legality is solely Your (as the author and the advertiser) responsibility. Randstad provides only the technical requirements for the submission and publication of the adverts and making them available to applicants.

6.4 You are obligated to describe the job advertised in a complete and truthful manner and to give complete information concerning Your person or company. This also applies to the publication of a corporate presentation. A reference to an Internet address is not a substitute for a full description of the job or the company.

6.5 By uploading Your company logo, You agree to use it in the context in which it will appear on the site. The site will only support a company logo in jpg format, admitted with a size of 100 x 40 pixels (width x height).

6.6 Your advertisement will appear in the selected city and category, and is also found on the nationwide search. The simultaneous insertion of identical ads is not allowed.

6.7 By placing an advertisement on Randstad's job board via the Web Site You warrant and undertake that You will observe (and this list is not intended to be exhaustive): the provisions of any anti discrimination legislation, legislation for the protection of minors, data protection legislation, national and international copyright, brands, trademarks, patent and naming rights and other intellectual property rights and personal rights of others.

6.8 You warrant that you are properly registered with the Office of the Information Commissioner to obtain and hold personal information under the Data Protection Act 1998.

6.9 Apparently dubious, insufficiently described jobs and those that require financial inputs from the applicant and wrongly-placed ads will not be approved or cleared by Randstad. Randstad's rejection or deletion of an advertisement or corporate presentation will be sufficient to confirm Randstad's suspicion that there has been a breach of its principles.

6.10 Randstad reserves the right to delete an advertisement, report or presentation placed by You without giving reasons. Similarly, Randstad reserves the right to restrict the service of Free Job Posting at any time and/or terminate the service without notice.

6.11 Job advertisements placed on Randstad's job board must be for genuine, current, vacancies only, and not for other products or services, whether or not relating to recruitment.

6.12 Advertisements which appear to discriminate on the grounds of age, sex, sexual orientation, race or disability are illegal. Randstad displays Your advertisement on the basis that You confirm that any requirement or qualification which may appear to be discriminatory is in compliance with an exemption available under the relevant legislation. Nonetheless if Randstad believes that an advertisement may be discriminatory Randstad may at its discretion either amend the advertisement or remove it without liability to You.

6.13 You agree to deal fairly and professionally with individuals and applicants who respond to Your advertisement and You agree not to do anything which may bring Randstad into disrepute. You will indemnify and keep indemnified Randstad from and against any claim brought by an individual or applicant against Randstad arising from Your breach of this obligation or any other obligation under these terms and conditions.

6.14 Randstad does not guarantee that You will receive any response to Your advertisement or that responses will be from applicants who are suitable for the job advertised. You agree that You are responsible for carrying out such checks and procedures as are necessary to ensure that applicants are suitable for the job advertised in all respects.

6.15 If You wish to terminate this usage agreement with Randstad, You can delete the data within your account in the protected area of the web site or send an e-mail to RandstadDirect@randstad.co.uk. Cancellation of Your account will take place within a week of Your request. If Randstad wishes to terminate its agreement with You, this will be done via e-mail to the specified e-mail address provided by You.

7. TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY STATEMENT FOR APPLICANTS RESPONDING TO ADVERTS PLACED BY THIRD PARTIES ("EMPLOYERS")

7.1 External, Employer advertisements are identifiable as they will NOT contain the Randstad logo or trademark and will include the statement "Please note this job has been posted under the terms & conditions* of our Free Job Posting service and is not being managed by Randstad. If you have any queries regarding this role please direct them to the poster using the contact details adjacent to the job details on this page.". The Employer's own logo or trademark may be displayed.

7.2 In order to apply for an externally-connected job advertisement, applicants must first register at www.randstadstaffing.co.uk. All applications received in response to an externally connected job advertisement will be automatically redirected to the Employer and are therefore instantly sent to the Employer's inbox for further processing by the Employer.

7.3 Randstad reserves the right to contact those applicants who are not eligible for appointment to the advertised job of the Employer in question and also all applicants which have previously applied for other vacancies via Randstad with the aim of submitting the applicant for other relevant jobs.

7.4 The processing of applications received and the applicant processes which follow (eg, screening, selection, invitation or rejection of an applicant) are the responsibility of the Employer. As such, You agree that Randstad is not responsible for job advertisements and company presentations of Employers which are published via Randstad's Free Job Posting service on the Web Site. The content of these advertisements, particularly in relation to their accuracy and legality is solely the responsibility of the author/Employer. Randstad provides only the technical requirements for the submission and publication of the adverts and making them available to applicants.

8. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES

8.1 The Website contains links to third party web sites ("Third Party Sites"). Because Randstad has no control over Third Party Sites, Randstad does not endorse, has not reviewed and is not responsible for the availability of Third Party Sites. You acknowledge that use of Third Party Sites is at your own risk and that Randstad is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss you incur in connection with products or services available on Third Party Sites, nor for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, decency or other aspect of Third Party Sites.

11.1 Applicants and employers/customers are advised that adverts placed using Randstad's job board are using Randstad's job board as a publishing facility only and therefore Randstad does not introduce or supply applicants to employers/customers (or vice versa). This means that Randstad does not:

11.1.1 obtain sufficient information for potential employers to select a suitable applicant for the position which the employer seeks to fill;

11.1.2 obtain confirmation of the identity of an applicant or that they have the experience, training, qualifications or authorisation to work in the position to be filled or that they wish to undertake the role to be filled;

11.1.3 take any steps to ensure the applicant and employer are each aware of any requirement imposed by law or otherwise which must be satisfied by either of them

11.1.4 to permit the applicant to fulfil the position to be filled;

11.1.5 take any steps to ensure that it would not be detrimental to the interests of the applicant or the employer for the applicant to fulfil the position to be fulfilled;
