Since starting to work with Screwfix, Gareth has successfully placed over 45 candidates for them as Assistant Branch Managers and Branch Managers across the UK. This learning curve meant that the ratios of candidates presented to interview, and candidates interviewed to placed were high, by the end of the recruitment period typically around 1:2 and 1:3 respectively. This was particularly important to the small internal recruitment team at Screwfix and to busy Area Managers, who had little time to spare during this busy recruitment period.
