6.6 Your advertisement will appear in the selected city and category, and is also found on the nationwide search. The simultaneous insertion of identical ads is not allowed.
6.7 By placing an advertisement on Randstad's job board via the Web Site You warrant and undertake that You will observe (and this list is not intended to be exhaustive): the provisions of any anti discrimination legislation, legislation for the protection of minors, data protection legislation, national and international copyright, brands, trademarks, patent and naming rights and other intellectual property rights and personal rights of others.
6.8 You warrant that you are properly registered with the Office of the Information Commissioner to obtain and hold personal information under the Data Protection Act 1998.
6.9 Apparently dubious, insufficiently described jobs and those that require financial inputs from the applicant and wrongly-placed ads will not be approved or cleared by Randstad. Randstad's rejection or deletion of an advertisement or corporate presentation will be sufficient to confirm Randstad's suspicion that there has been a breach of its principles.
6.10 Randstad reserves the right to delete an advertisement, report or presentation placed by You without giving reasons. Similarly, Randstad reserves the right to restrict the service of Free Job Posting at any time and/or terminate the service without notice.
6.11 Job advertisements placed on Randstad's job board must be for genuine, current, vacancies only, and not for other products or services, whether or not relating to recruitment.
6.12 Advertisements which appear to discriminate on the grounds of age, sex, sexual orientation, race or disability are illegal. Randstad displays Your advertisement on the basis that You confirm that any requirement or qualification which may appear to be discriminatory is in compliance with an exemption available under the relevant legislation. Nonetheless if Randstad believes that an advertisement may be discriminatory Randstad may at its discretion either amend the advertisement or remove it without liability to You.
6.13 You agree to deal fairly and professionally with individuals and applicants who respond to Your advertisement and You agree not to do anything which may bring Randstad into disrepute. 6.15 If You wish to terminate this usage agreement with Randstad, You can delete the data within your account in the protected area of the web site or send an e-mail to RandstadDirect@randstad.co.uk. Cancellation of Your account will take place within a week of Your request. If Randstad wishes to terminate its agreement with You, this will be done via e-mail to the specified e-mail address provided by You.
7.1 External, Employer advertisements are identifiable as they will NOT contain the Randstad logo or trademark and will include the statement "Please note this job has been posted under the terms & conditions* of our Free Job Posting service and is not being managed by Randstad. The Employer's own logo or trademark may be displayed.
7.2 In order to apply for an externally-connected job advertisement, applicants must first register at www.randstadstaffing.co.uk. All applications received in response to an externally connected job advertisement will be automatically redirected to the Employer and are therefore instantly sent to the Employer's inbox for further processing by the Employer.
7.3 Randstad reserves the right to contact those applicants who are not eligible for appointment to the advertised job of the Employer in question and also all applicants which have previously applied for other vacancies via Randstad with the aim of submitting the applicant for other relevant jobs.
7.4 The processing of applications received and the applicant processes which follow (eg, screening, selection, invitation or rejection of an applicant) are the responsibility of the Employer.
