Cafe & Tapas is a franchise of Cafe & Te, one of the largest cafeteria operators in Spain. Cafe & Tapas is the first venture of the Cafe & Te concept outside of Spain and London was chosen for its international profile and for being recognized as one of the capitals of the world. Cafe & Tapas serves authentic spanish food centering on the concept of tapas and pintxos. Tapas and pintxos are small portions of food served on a slice of bread or plate. It is particularly suitable to taste a variety of flavours in a single meal. Cafe & Tapas believes that there is an increasing interest in spanish food and that it has not fully being addressed so far.
We hope that we can deliver the taste and quality of spanish food to our clients. Our coffee is something that we are also particularly proud of, sourcing it directly from Guatemala, Colombia, Brasil and India to produce a unique blend. This blend is then exported to Spain where it is stored until roasted. It is roasted as demand requires it in our stores. This control of the whole process from coffee growers to consumers is what makes the Cafe & Te blend unique.
