Randstad Retail, formerly RXR, have been working with Lisa Colton, HR Business Partner for Argos Northern Ireland for over 18 months. In that time they successfully supported Argos in sourcing quality candidates for regular in-store management roles, finding Store Managers, Customer Service Managers and Stock Managers across the region.
