Elliot Clements, Consultant for Randstad Retail, formerly branded RXR, supported Harry Ramsden’s in their restaurant recruitment over 3 years, working with Eileen Cronin, UK HR manager. During this period Elliot successfully recruited several managers for their restaurants, as well as filling a more senior Area Manager position and finding an Operations Director for their business.
Eileen has continued to work with Elliot and Randstad Retail over this long time period due to the passion and determination Elliot shows for filling their vacancies. Elliot took real time to get to know the Harry Ramsden’s business model and what Eileen was looking for in candidates, forming a strong relationship. His personable nature, dedication to his job, and quality of service meant Eileen has enjoyed working with him recruiting for various roles, and trusts in his ability to find strong candidates.
