Corporate Social Responsibility

Corporate Social Responsibility

Ever since the company was founded in 1960, Randstad has had a firm belief that success and skills need to be shared right across society.  For that reason it has long had a policy of generating partnerships with charitable groups, and taking a role in organizations which seek to affect positive social change in the world of work.  Randstad’s corporate social responsibility programme includes the following:

The Employers’ Forum on Disability

A world leading organization of more than 400 employers that focuses on disability and how it affects business.  By sitting on the forum and sharing its knowledge and expertise, Randstad is seeking to make it easier to recruit and retain disabled employees and to assist disabled customers.
