Organisations – tell me more about sustainable job opportunities
sustainable job opportunities
We have an extensive portfolio of client contracts across the UK, and we currently work in partnership with Welfare to Work providers at more than 100 of these.
As a result of the intimate relationship we build with our clients, we are an integral part of their workforce planning, enabling us to anticipate future staffing trends. As part of our recruitment strategy, we can identify suitable sustainable job opportunities and engage with Welfare to Work providers in advance, to ensure that we can source the right pool of talent at the right time to optimise our client's requirements.
Through our experience of the UK labour market we have identified the main factors to help aid retention. These are work, attention, income and prospects. Based on these findings we have developed a Customer Care Programme which has proven to reduce attrition, increase motivation and improve attendance. It also offers our customers development opportunities through flexible working.
Through providing this service across a range of locations we offer flexibility of a coordinated service which, in turn, offers continuous sustainable job opportunities.
All this allows us to create work trials, work experience and sustainable job opportunities for the long-term unemployed which, in turn, leads to improved sustainment outcomes as knowledge, skills and know-how is retained, and both quality and productivity is improved.
