Our solution offers your organisation the opportunity to “offset” your employees for anything from one week to ten months at a time – we will find your employee alternative work with other local employers and then pay you the hourly rate for the job undertaken. You continue to pay your employee as normal, saving you up to 89% of your salary costs.
