Our client London's largest healthcare provider seeks an experienced general radiographer to join their established team.
For qualified, registered radiographers it's a chance for you to support the delivery of high-class quality care, while using your expertise to assist this private healthcare facility.
To manage the day to day running of the area, ensuring safety.To organise the training and supervision of rotational staff we are seeking a very strong communicator enabling us to get the best out of the team. Ensure all staff are complient. Maintain a safe environment for all staff, visitors and patents Promote and develop the service Assist in audit and quality assurance of the area Maintain and develop high standards of clinical expertise Train and supervise rotating staff, providing clinical direction Co-ordinate preventative maintenance programmes and maintain records Report critical incidents, To participate in shift rotation, Manage and prioritise the workload
To ensure that all examinations are carried out to the highest standards
SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS
We seek a very strong communicator
Diploma of the Society of Radiographers (or above) CPSM registration Minimum 2 years post qualification with certificate/experience in specialist area Knowledge of relevant hospital policies and procedures
