About Our Client
My client is a leading insurance claims company. You will manage the claims team in its delivery of service to clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide day to day management of client team.
Building strong client relationships and meeting client requirements.
Mange the financial performance of accounts and maintain control.
Comply with internal audit requirements and comply with all corporate requirements.
Assist with new account development.
Manage staff resources, employee development and performance levels.
Preferred Skills:
Managed motor claims handling teams.
Must be able to demonstrate previous experience within people development.
Ability to motivate staff and set objectives,
Experience in Fraud, Total Loss and Property Damage.
