Annual Salary: £34.000.
This role will see the successful candidate take charge of an established sales department within a reputable brand and work closely with the Corporate Sales Director to deliver the companies strategic goals and drive growth in the market share.
Job Responsibilities:
• Sales Channel Management
• Delivery of the revenue target for the SME channel
• Day to Day management of the Sales department
• Maintain an in depth knowledge of competitor activity
• Explore all opportunities, which will grow market share or deliver a commercial advantage to the business, or its customers.
• Actively work with all areas of the business to increase client acquisition & drive growth in market share..
Preferred Skills:
• Excellent communication.
• Ability to work in a very fast-moving environment.
• Previous coaching experience
• Ability to forecast, budget and maintain controls.
