Our client, a leading energy provider are seeking a Customer Advisor to work in their busy customer service centre. Working in their offices based in East Belfast, they offer an excellent working environment with the opportunity to develop a rewarding career.
As a customer advisor, you will be:
Receiving a wide range of inbound calls covering sales enquiries, service/repairs, gas emergencies, complaints, general enquiries and operational updates
Updating company databases
Contacting potential customers to promote energy audit visits or central heating servicing including cold calling and follow up calls
Skills:
Previous inbound & outbound call handling
Experience of working of targets
IT literate
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Normal working week is 37 hours per week, working Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm, although some flexibility may be required.
