An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk to join a Leicester city based organisation on a temporary basis for a minimum of 8 weeks..
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the checking, scanning and inputting of invoices on the purchase ledger system.
• Accurate inputting and scanning of invoices and, where necessary, obtain any missing information from a variety of sources.
• Needs to be computer literate, flexible, accurate and methodical and be able to communicate with staff at all levels.
• Need to be able to work with sensitive and confidential information.
• May be required to liaise with Trust staff at all levels to resolve queries and/or obtain additional information.
Preferred Skills:
• Clerical experience/data entry, experience of using Accounts Payable systems an advantage
• Use of Microsoft Office, Excel, E-mail
