Our client, a large growing manufacturer based in Stevenage are currently recruiting a Customer Care Executive to support their busy customer focussed team. This is a very exciting position for someone wanting to develop their career within customer service. This position is working Monday to Friday 39 hours a week.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Executive you will be:
- Responsible for developing and improving focus of customer relationship management with customers
- Provide Professional response to all order related enquiries
- Perform all order processing and service related activities
- Follow up all telephone and email enquiries
Preferred Skills:
- Minimum of three years customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
Normal working week is Monday to Friday 9.00 - 17.00 although flexibility will be required.
