• Manage the operational work processes through supervision of staff and delegation of tasks in accordance to the Operations Manual
• Co-ordinate the daily operational activities to meet business as usual requirements and deadlines
• Manage and monitor all queries that may arise within your Team, report any such queries to the Operations Manager
• Manage and monitor the performance within your team
• Schedule workload of team members
• Train new recruits and temporary staff in all relevant procedures and ensure that a thorough first day induction is carried out and the necessary paperwork completed
• To ensure that any customer queries are dealt with in a timely manner, keeping the Operations Manager informed at all times of any issues that arise
• Ensure 100% accuracy and customer satisfaction is provided at all times in a professional manner.
• To ensure all contracted SLA’s and KPI’s are met
• Compile weekly KPI’s and Customer reports in line with Management Process

• To be able work on your own as well as part of a team
• Must be able to pay attention to detail, remain focused and conscientious whilst achieving deadlines

About the company
Our client, specialist in outsourcing and information management, is seeking additional support at their warehouse, based at based at Nottingham City Centre, for a full time supervisor on a temporary basis for fixed term assignments in a re-location project.
