The successful candidate will be, for our client’s customers, the first point of contact at an International Search Engine and therefore candidates should be able to demonstrate confidence, knowledge in dealing with business clients and be able to demonstrate excellent competencies in Account Management.
You will be required to manage customers in a case management manner and therefore the ability to identify with the customers point of view will add value to the service that you offer.
Job Requirements:
In this role you will provide the customers with;
· Information as to how they can set their campaign up as quickly as possible and help to troubleshoot any problems they experience.
· Assist customers in answering queries related to their account and billing options available to them.
· Be able to provide excellent knowledge and information relating to the benefits of the products to the customers and above all, always leave the customer with a positive impression of the quality of services and products on offer.
· Confidently sell, cross-sell and promote the use of the International Search Engine.
· To employ techniques from the field of sales and will be responsible for contacting advertisers to promote and acquire new accounts.
