Our client, a successful international software business is recruiting for an experienced Executive Sales Manager to join their team. Job Responsibilities:
As an Executive Sales manager, you will be:
- Developing business plans to maximise sales
- Develop strategies for sales, marketing and operations to identify new business opportunities and to maximise current business relationships
- Manage all aspects of the sales process
- Identify, coordinate and deliver product and sales training
- Identify new business partners that complement the range of products and solutions
- Develop lead generation activities in partnership with marketing
- To develop knowledge and understanding of all agreements, propositions and practice and work to improve them
Preferred Skills:
- Strong project management and decision making skills
- Excellent analytical, organisational and time management skills
- Strong sales experience/business development experience in software, or a highly technical industry desired
- Two years or more experience of recruiting and managing business partners
- Excellent commercial acumen
Personal Attributes:
- Well organised with a high level of attention to detail
- A positive, motivational, manner with a willingness to learn
- Strong communication and presentation skills
