About Our Client
Our client, a leading professional body, is looking for a client support advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive, positive, enthusiastic communications to clients
- Provide an excellent service to all clients
- Responsible for certain processes within the client support team ensuring standards are maintained
- Support the organisation strategic objectives and values
- Confident in cross and upselling new products based on clients needs
- Deliver supportive outbound communications to clients, promoting company products and services
- Maintain online information sources
- Ensure all customer contacts are responded to within agreed response times
- Collate statistical information on team activity to monitor processes and feed into management reporting
- Work collaboratively across the business to maximise opportunities
