About Our Client


Our client, a leading professional body, is looking for a client support advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive, positive, enthusiastic communications to clients
  • Provide an excellent service to all clients
  • Responsible for certain processes within the client support team ensuring standards are maintained
  • Support the organisation strategic objectives and values
  • Confident in cross and upselling new products based on clients needs
  • Deliver supportive outbound communications to clients, promoting company products and services
  • Maintain online information sources
  • Ensure all customer contacts are responded to within agreed response times
  • Collate statistical information on team activity to monitor processes and feed into management reporting
  • Work collaboratively across the business to maximise opportunities
