Our client is looking for experienced customer service advisors to conduct satisfaction surveys
Job Responsibilities:
As an Outbound Customer Service Candidate, you will be:
- Making outbound calls to customers, conducting satisfaction surveys
- Capture information regarding end to end customer experience
- Identify dissatisfied customers or those requiring a service escalation
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Able to overcome objections
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ability to respond positively feedback
Personal Attributes:
- Able to work under pressure and to targets
Normal working week is 35 hours Monday to Friday 0900-1700 plus one hour for lunch.
