Our client, a leading outsource contact centre, are seeking to recruit Italian speakers to work on a recently won new piece of business. Working in their contact centre based in South Belfast, they offer an excllent working environment and facilties. This campagin is intially for 4 weeks.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be:
Handlling inbound calls from customers
Providing information and advice
Updating company database
Skills:
Fluency in both written & spoken Italian
IT Literate
Normal working week is 40 hours based on Monday to Friday working shifts between 8am to 10pm. THESE POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE STARTS.
