Our client, a leading education provider based in East Bristol, is seeking a temporary inbound customer service assistant to assist them during a busy period.
Job Responsibilities:
As an inbound customer service assistant, you will be:
- Taking inbound calls
- Entering details on to database
- Taking bookings
- Maybe required to also make outbound sales calls to support the sales team during busy times
Preferred Skills:
- CRM database work
- Excellent customer service skills
- It would be desireable to have outbound experience
