Job Title: Customer Liaison Officer
Location: Hatfield
Salary: £22, 000 - £26, 000 pa
This position is working for a well known company based in Hatfield that have office all over the UK. They are looking to recruit a Customer Liaison Officer on a permanent basis to support the project managers and tender team in a customer service capacity. They offer a pleasant working environment and a competitive salary for the right candidate. The role includes some fantastic benefits such as a company car, laptop and mobile phone.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Liaison Office, you will be:
- Responsible for gaining customer feedback for all previous customers
- Responsible for gaining feedback that have chosen another supplier
- Responsible for visiting sites and building rapport
- Provide support to the operations team
- Set up of new policies and procedures
- Generating reports and collating information
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Previous customer service experience
Personal Attributes:
- Able to work well under pressure
- Able to work using their initiative
- Confident communication skills

Normal working week is 35 hours, Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm, plus one hour for lunch.
