Job Title: Customer Liaison Officer

Location: Hatfield
Salary: £22, 000 - £26, 000 pa

This position is working for a well known company based in Hatfield that have office all over the UK. They are looking to recruit a Customer Liaison Officer on a permanent basis to support the project managers and tender team in a customer service capacity. They offer a pleasant working environment and a competitive salary for the right candidate. The role includes some fantastic benefits such as a company car, laptop and mobile phone.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Liaison Office, you will be:
  • Responsible for gaining customer feedback for all previous customers

  • Responsible for gaining feedback that have chosen another supplier

  • Responsible for visiting sites and building rapport

  • Provide support to the operations team

  • Set up of new policies and procedures

  • General Administration

  • Generating reports and collating information


Preferred Skills:

  • Strong communication skills

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Previous customer service experience


Personal Attributes:

  • Able to work well under pressure

  • Able to work using their initiative

  • Confident communication skills
