About Our Client
We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a major provider of computer support packages within the UK and Europe. They are responsible for contacting clients on behalf of a major computer/IT manufacturer to advise when warranties and support packages are due to expire and to generate income through extension of these services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contacting clients in France to sell extensions to computer/IT support packages
- Managing customer relationships
- Handling incoming telephone enquiries
- Accurately recording sales information
- Achieving individual and team sales targets
Preferred Skills / Attributes:
- MUST be fluent in French, both verbal and written
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record in a sales environment, preferably outbound telesales
- Confident in a targeted sales environment
- The ability to identify and develop business opportunities
- Good level of IT skills and experience of using a CRM would be advantageous
- A knowledge of the IT market would be ideal, but not essential
