My client is currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef for their Oxford Restaurant. You must be of motivating a team, take direction and working to the company’s very high standards whilst maintaining consistent levels of productivity. This continuously growing company is keen to add experienced chefs who can lead by example, comply with there exemplary food safety standards and be from a background of high volume and fresh food.
As a Sous Chef you will need to oversee the team and make sure they maintain the fresh food preparations, the standards are paramount to the companies brand. Personality, enthusiasm, drive, presence and determination are key qualities that this client requires and you will be focused on delivering the best standards. Man management skills are essential and a will to succeed is a necessity!
