My client is a highly successful financial organisation based in Market Harborough.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced SIPP, pensions or financial services administrator.

Core duties

To process all work for your specific process team according to procedures in line with agreed service levels.

Support and suggest improvements for benefit of team for your specific process team within HMRC rules and FSA regulations.

To process work in order of priority to meet the service standards, the needs of the clients and connections and as agreed by the Section Head.

Ensure all work is processed in line with agreed service standards

Respond to all telephone calls on day of receipt if applicable.

Process work in line with documented procedures and within the HMRC rules and regulations.

Update systems to ensure all electronic records are up to date and easily accessible.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

GCSE – Minimum Maths and English or professional Qualification

Previous administration in Financial Services

Knowledge of Pension Industry,

SIPP knowledge would be an advantage
