Great opportunity to join our forward thinking Peterborough based client. In 2012 join their thriving customer service B2B sales team helping drive the business forward in 2012.
This is a Monday to Friday role with onsite parking
Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service/ Sales Advisor, you will be:
- Dealing with inbound and outbound calls to a stable client base
- Maximising revenue potential from inbound queries
- Promote the benefits of the organisations services
- Handling inbound calls from existing customers
- Answering queries on their range of products and services
Preferred Skills:
- Previous phone based sales or customer service experience in a contact centre environment
- Good PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work to targets
- Good standard of education

- Personable and tenacious attitude
- Ability to respond positively to change and new projects
