Our client, a household name in the global banking and finance industry, is seeking Customer Service and Sales Representative to work in their state-of-the-art telephone banking centre on the Swansea Enterprise Park. As a Customer Service and Sales Representative you will be:
- Responsible for providing a world-class level of service, over the telephone, to business customers
- Taking inbound calls and resolving commercial customer queries (e.g. helping with balances and statements, making bill payments and setting up standing orders)
- Responsible for understanding customer needs and identifying ways in which you can help them grow and develop their businesses
- Maximising cross-selling opportunities and passing leads across to inbound customer sales executives
- Adhering to stringent policies and procedures
As a Customer Service and Sales Representative you will have:
- Previous customer service or sales experience (essential)
- Genuinely enjoy telephone contact with customers
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Ability to communicate professionally in English,
- Motivatation working towards stretching targets
- Willingness to work flexibly, as the role will involve shifts.
- Ability to adhere to stringent policies and procedures.
