Do you have some prior experience of working in a call centre environment and the benefit of being able to fluently speak English and Italian and Spanish?

Our International client, with offices in Leeds require experienced Customer Call Agents with bilingual language abilities to work within their Customer Service teams. This is an exciting time for our client as their business continues to grow within European markets.

Candidates must be fluent (oral and written) in English AND Italian AND Spanish as a minimum (additional language abilities to Spanish, English and Italian are a distinct advantage)

Job Responsibilities
· Provide telephone support to customers both internal and external- this will involve utilising your language abilities to speak with customers within one of their European markets and also colleagues
· Provide product and service information to customers ensuring they receive the best possible service
· Effectively and efficiently communicate with customers to identify symptoms and causes
· Escalate calls to appropriate CSE/Manager
· Ticket opening and management with customer
· Dispatches and prepares schedules for the service team
· Management of system errors
· Implementing new procedures & processes as directed
· Assist management and engineers with any issue regarding the entities operation

Be required to cover 40 hour week with Saturday morning cover on a rota as overtime

Preferred Skills:

· Candidates will have undertaken a phone based role, ideally within a call/ contact centre
· Fluent (oral and Written) in English & Italian
· Experience of working in a customer service environment
· PC skills are essential including MS Excel & Word as well as in-house databases
