We are looking for an experienced General Manager to join a highly regarded, successful multi outlet venue in Central London.
Reporting into the Operations Director we need a General Manager who still loves service and operations. You will still be required to put your business hat on and take control and ownership of the finances and figures; keeping a keen eye on maximising revenue whilst maintaining cost control. You will be looking after a busy venue with a team of nearly 50 Staff including 3 other managers.
The next General Manager will have at least 3 years London GM experience at ideally a 50k+ volume site. You must have exceptional man-management skills and be strong enough to lead a team of staff and managers who have been at the venue for a long time. You will have a personality that instantly inspires people and that earns respect from the word go. As earlier stated you must still want to be on the floor and around the venue at all times, we are not looking for a General Manager who wants to slow down and be more strategic and business minded.
This an excellent opportunity for a General Manager with a London background who is looking to move into a small, but growing company who is enjoying excellent success in the market at the moment.
