Salary - £18,000 + (Negotiable)
Our client, is looking for an experienced Contact Centre Performance and Development Coach to join their established team based in Liverpool City Centre. Their contact centre, offers you a very modern working environment based in a great location.
The role of a performance coach is to help coach and develop the existing call centre agents, to improve their performance to help drive the expanding team to the next level.
The successful candidate will have to come from a contact centre background, with extensive experience in both coaching and development.
You will be adaptable to change, and able to communicate at both advisor and senior management level, to help plan the direction of the department
