Our Client is currently on the lookout for Senior Pastry Chef to join their dedicated Kitchen Department.
They supply London's top restaurants and venues with the tastiest & freshest pastries.
You must be as passionate about pastry as they are.
To join as a Senior Pastry Chef you should have at least 4 years experience working as a Pastry Chef in a restaurant or any food production unit. You will have an awareness of the basic principles of food, health and safety. Experience in management is an advantage
Preferred Skills:
You will need to be capable of physical work. As a senior member, you will be expected to set an example to your team. You will be trained to lead a small production team to the BRC standards. Your job duties will include mixing, preparing, shaping and finish high quality pastries and cakes.
