Our client is a leading Mechanical and Electrical services provider and is one of the UK’s leading companies in M&E support. This company is focused on providing efficient service delivery that fully meet their customer’s expectations and through delivering such a high standard of service, they have experienced some growth and are now looking for an Electrical Engineering Services Manager to join their on site team in Ipswich, Suffolk.
Job Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring all electrical planned and preventative maintenance is applied to all plant and equipment
- Managing all electrical engineering subcontractor activity
- Ensuring all members of the team are adequately trained to meet required standards
- Reviewing on a regular basis all electrical engineering and critical environment subcontractor performance
- Developing operating budgets
- Ensuring that OH&S policies are adhered to
Preferred Skills:
- First line management experience, ideally managing a team of Engineers/Technicians
- Electrical Engineering background
- Experience of supporting a business contract
Personal Attributes:
- Good communicator, capable of driving change of continuous improvement
- Ability to influence a team to achieve desired results

The shifts are 8.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
