Fluent German and English speakers wanted
Our client, an international provider of over 15,000 products in over 50 countries, has grown into one of the most trusted names in their industry. They are currently looking for a Sales Representative to nurture their German market. The following regions would be managed: Berlin, Central Germany, Hessen, North Bayern, Thuringen.
For this role candidates can be either office based in Leeds city centre travelling to Germany 50% of the month, or field based- working from home in Germany. The choice is yours! Regular product training will be given. Benefit package included.
If the successful candidate relocates to Germany a full time company car will be provided. If the successful candidate spends only 50% of the month in Germany the company car will be hired out for use when the sales representative is in Germany.
Your duties will include:
• Establishing & maintaining contact with clients
• Manage existing business as well as win new business
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Plan and organise sales trips
• Promote the company as a provider of high quality products as well as implementing various marketing strategies
• Work in a target driven environment
• Be accountable for the development of company sales in Germany
Ideal Candidate Skill Requirements:
• A proven track record within a Sales Role
• Passionate about sales & highly self- motivated
• Must be fluent in German, written and spoken
• Ability to understand and retain advanced technical information and convey this in a clear and concise manor in order to win new business
• Ability to work within tight deadlines
• Strives for continuous development
• Ability to listen & understand customer needs
• Microsoft Office literate
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and supporting staff
• The ability to negotiate at all levels
• Happy to work as a team; sharing ideas
Language Graduates who are fluent in German but who have limited sales experience should apply with a view to begin a career in sales.
