Our client is seeking to recruit a Temporary Recruitment Services Team Leader. The role will be based in East London for approximately one month paying approximately £13 an hour. Working for a large NHS trust you can expect your duties to include,
• Ensuring the Trusts recruitment services are delivered effectively
• Ensuring team members are clear on there responsibilities.
• Setting objectives, mentoring performance and service delivery
• Developing and implementing appropriate monitoring and reporting arrangements
• Supervise the recruitment services team in all aspects of day to day recruitment
To be successful in this role you will need to have come from a strong recruitment background with proven experience in team leadership, experience recruiting in the NHS will hold you in good stead for this role.
