Our client based in Liverpool city centre, are looking for E-Mail Correspondence agents to join an exciting project based in their modern, easily accessible office in Liverpool.
You will be representing the brand, responding to a variety of customer queries via e-mail, providing a high level of customer service, aiming for a first time resolution.
Preferred Skills:
• If you have a strong background in Customer Service - we're open-minded about both the field of customer service you've worked in
