About Our Client
Our client an NHS organisation based in LS14 are looikng for an administrator to support there team for approx 3 months.
Job Responsibilities:
• To provide daily administrative support to the Team
• To be the main point of administrative contact for advice and guidance to external and internal customers for information relating to the work of the OWD function, Awarding Bodies, Learning Skills Councils and other agencies as required.
• To contribute to national learning & development meetings
• To liaise regionally, departmentally and cross functionally with managers and their staff to arrange training programmes, meetings, conferences and events
• To take minutes for meetings
• To contribute to national conferences and events, liaising with internal and external speakers, staff and senior managers.
• To source and book venues, accommodation, travel and facilities, taking into account cost, suitability, availability and geography
• To extract statistical data providing reports and information as required
• To resolve queries relating to the work of the department
• To be able to resolve problems relating to the administration processes, working with other team members as necessary to do so.
• To check invoices against deliveries and note discrepancies
• To keep an up to date inventory of office equipment and supplies ensuring adequate levels are maintained, re-ordering through i-Procurement
• To manage all physical resources within area of remit
