About Our Client
The UK's leading online and home shopping retailer is looking to expand its inbound customer service sales team for over the Christmas period. This is a fixed term contract from now until the 31st December 2011.
About the role
As part of the growing inbound sales team, you’ll take calls from customers processing their orders and to maximise each and every sales opportunity by cross selling and keeping them up to date with special offers, discounts and promotions.
About you
You’ll have superb customer service skills with a passion for results. Our client is looking for individuals who will promote their product range with enthusiasm, have a keen eye for detail and enjoy the challenge of being in a busy and targeted team environment.
