Our client, a technology provider to the banking industry is seeking customer service advisors to work in their state-of-the art contact centre on a fixed term contract. They offer an award-winning working environment with plenty of opportunities for personal development and career advancement.



Job Responsibilities:

  • Receiving high levels of customer service calls


  • Updating customer information & ensuring it is accurate


  • Providing customer support by phone and email


  • Resolving customer queries


Preferred Skills:

  • 2 years call centre experience


  • Good PC skills


  • Excellent communication and customer service skills


  • Ability to work independently and within a team


Personal Attributes:

  • Warm and welcoming telephone manner


  • Ability to work as part of a team


  • Hard working & reliable



This contact centre is open 24 hours per day, 7 days a week so it will include night shifts as well as days, evenings and weekends on a rota basis.

Candidates must pass both a credit and criminal record check and must be able to provide 3 years of references.
