Our internationally reputed client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in the French language for their office based in Morley who can liaise with French speaking clientele. A successful candidate will be part of a Customer Service and Sales Team and offering some support to our other European Markets over the phone when necessary. Customer Service experience preferred

The Role:

  • Processing accurate sales orders
  • Taking inbound calls

-Resolving queries from clients
  • General administration

-English to French/French to English translations
  • Supporting the sales representatives with their daily activities



Key Qualities:


• Fluent in French (if another language besides French and English is spoken this will be a benefit- Italian preferably)
• Ability to manage a diverse workload
• Possess strong communication skills giving you the ability to listen to and understand our customer’s needs
• Organized
• Attention to detail
• People skill
• Able to work as a team, share ideas
• GCSE (or equivalent)
• Microsoft Office literate


Candidates will preferably be able to converse in a further language (Italian or Spanish) on top of French and English.
