My Client is currently seeking a Lead Generator to join their existing friendly and successful team in Leicester.
The role:
Lead Generation
• To actively make outbound telephone calls to potential customers
• Convert prospects into sales leads for an external visit follow up by Area Sales Managers
• Accurately measure own conversion rates
• Build relationships with prospects and attain key information as per scripted specification
• To participate in specific campaigns and projects designed to target specific market sectors and areas.
• Contribute to specific projects and initiatives to improve systems or processes
Skills Required
• Sales orientated and target driven
• Experience of Sales orientated and target driven
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• A responsible attitude and leads by example
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Good 'people skills' for building relationships with colleagues at all levels
• The ability to plan and prioritise your own work and other people's
