Our Client a prestigious organisation based within Leeds centre are looking to recruit a professional receptionist on a temporary basis with a potential permanent post. You will be required to work to work 15.00pm - 20.00pm Monday - Friday.
- Providing a consistently high standard of customer care to the internal and external clients.
- Responsible for all co-ordination of fire and safety evacuations
- Meeting an greeting clients in a professional manner
- Act as first point of contact, providing first line customer care on a daily basis
- Ensuring the operation runs smoothly and efficiently through involvement in facilities care, finance, housekeeping, meeting and conference rooms and administration.
- Provide services for internal and external clients, mail handling, sorting and sending, booking of meeting rooms.
- Deal with incoming telephone traffic and route quickly and correctly
- Manage daily bookings and ensure client catering requirements are met
- Issue security passes to all visitors to the site
Preferred Skills:
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in a client facing service industry
- Previous experience of working on own initiative and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a Front of House role
- Can demonstrate strong Customer service skills
- A high level of PC and Administration skills
- A high standard of presentation and effective, articulate communication is essential
