About Our Client
Our client a well known name in High Street banking is looking to appoint Customer Service Advisor to work in their Leeds Office to undertake daily counter service to all customers .
Job duties include:
· Ensure a high level of customer service at all times
· Ensure sufficient leads and sales are generated in respect of a mortgage
· Refer leads for regulated investment products
· Ensure effective administration in all areas
· Be fully compliant with Society audit requirements.
·
Experience Required
· Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
· Previous sales/customer service experience is desirable
· Good standard of numeracy and written / verbal communication skills
· Basic PC Skills
