We are currently recruiting for Mortgage Administrators to join an existing team based on the business park in Chester. The position offers a fixed term contract for 12 months with a salary of £15,000 per annum.

You would working as part of a team, delivering outstanding service in line with the agreed levels of processing and administration.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Adhere to the agreed policy and procedures and ensure that a compliant environment is maintained at all times, evidenced by regular checking.
  • Receive and handle queries effectively and in a timely manner within agreed service levels.
  • Provide a high quality customer focused service.
  • Maintain personal development records to ensure appropriate skills and knowledge are maintained to meet objectives.
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of legislative, compliance and technical requirements.
  • Receive & embrace feedback on quality monitoring and sampling, where training requirements identified desk side support will be provided.
  • Continuously review tasks and processes and recommend improvements as they are identified. Identify issues and escalate where appropriate.
  • Work within agreed mandate levels.
  • Produce customer correspondence on behalf of Collections department to the required service and quality standards.
  • Maintain appropriate level of technical knowledge.
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks to suit the business needs.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
  • Experience in Mortgage Collections or Debt Recovery
  • Good working knowledge of software packages e.g. Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Working knowledge of Data Protection Act, Anti Money Laundering, Complaint
  • Team player
