They are currently looking to recruit an exceptional HR Manager to cover the Midlands, South East, South West and London. The ideal candidate will live in the Midlands. You must have demonstrable experience of dealing with complex HR issues and the ability to influence stakeholders strategically as well as operationally. This role has a strong focus on developing Managers and driving performance though coaching.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage their own business area and:
• Come from a fast paced commercial sector background
• Have strong TUPE experience
• Have the ability to coach and develop managers for results
• Enjoy working autonomously
• Have strong operational experience
• Have experience of change management
• Excellent knowledge of employment law
• Multisite HR experience
• Have the ability to build strong working relationships with your stakeholders.
• Experience of talent and succession planning
• Hold a full UK driving license as extensive travel will be required
